These are the stops on the print tables, that you have to measure your repeat by and then move each stop to the length of your repeat so therefore when you print and put the right angle on all stops, it puts the screen in exactly the right place, right down to the millimetre! (if you hav measured your repeat and stops correctly ofcourse!)
